What about Oscar who says Floyd would win?
or Hatton who said Floyd would win?
    Or Marquez?
    or Nacho Bernstein?
    or mutual sparring partners?

Regardless of the ped isssue Floyd jr sees Pac miles above him so he needs to "even the playing field"... Asking Pac to take the test even to push it up to fight night just confirms Floyd jr's notion that he cannot win against that Pac... Simple arithmetic, eh?

Morales is the least bias out of all of them. He has every right to dislike Pac.

Marquez is obviously bias being he thinks he beat Pac.
Bernstein changes his mind every time they ask him.
Floyd makes Oscar money so he will naturally pick Floyd unless one of his fighters (Marquez, Mosley, Ortiz) is fighting him.
What mutual sparring partners? The ones that currently work for Floyd?
Hatton losing to Floyd wasn't the biggest deal. Pacquiao put the nail in the coffin of his career.

Mosley who FOUGHT both. "Pacquiao hit me the hardest"

If you want to bring sparring into it, Morales owned Floyd in sparring. Boxers are known to hold back in sparring. And if anyone would want to show off in sparring, Floyd would fit the bill.

Well according to Mosley, Manny hits harder and I'd take his word over some sparring partner:

This is why I thought he picked Floyd

Ignore the dumb sparring partner saying Floyd hit harder. He did say Floyd would beat Pac though.
And yeah Morales gave Floyd trouble in sparring, but like I've been saying, you can't say one guy's opinion is more valid than the others espically when you add **** like
    "Well Marquez is bitter" :tired
