Did you guys realize that one of the guys in all three pictures is Alexis Arguello? "El Flaco" is now the mayor of Managua, capital of Nicaragua. He is very respected there. He even has the biggest boxing gym in Nicaragua named after him.

About the Morales come back, I wouldn't like to see him come back. He had tremendous wars and as good as he was, I doubt that he could mount a comeback at his age now.

i hope someone talks sense into him. i think it was the post fight conference for the 3rd pac fight that he said, taking punches on the head was now bothering him. i hope he does'nt jeopardize his health. look at that photo, alexis arguello has been retired for close to 20 years now and even he looks to be in better shape than erik.

 

I'd rather see polio make a comeback.

 

Good post, Morales is a true soldier of boxing, my personal favourite.

I will still pray for the miracle when he comes back tho, viva Morales.

I love EM he's a legend but someone needs to stop him. His days are over as a top fighter.

 

I'm 5' 9", 194. I couldn't even DREAM about getting down to 140 lbs. I would DIE before I made that weight, literally. He's about my size. Maybe I could make middleweight, but I doubt it.

How the **** can he do that???
