Morales v Rigo at 122 would've be an amazing fight. Two of my favourite all time guys and a real 50/50 matchup. Contrasting styles but thinking on it I'd favour Rigo just to take it on a close decision

Erik Morales, my second favourite fighter of all time. Yet he does lose to Rigondeaux. It's not a style that Morales can handle, neither can he match him in strategy and discipline. To say Morales would overwhelm Rigondeaux is highly naive when you consider how Rigondeaux will defend.

Is it safe to ASSume you came to the conclusion that "Morales can't handle the style" is based on the Rahim fight?? Just curious...

Well u say morales will bring the fight to rigo and overwhelm him, when hes an inferior boxer, its just like saying maidana will beat mayweather  what throw lots of punches and pressure it will just play into mayweathers hands with maidana looking stupid and barely landing like it would with rigo and morales get countered all night and stopped

Rigo is a stylistic nightmare for EM.

Who's alt? If anything people would suspect we are the same person because of our strong support for Lomachenko.

The only way Rigondeaux loses a fight is if someone manages to hit him very hard on the chin and take him out. He is a master boxer; no one would outbox this dude but there is a possibility someone could catch him. Can't really imagine it though. I'd pick Rigo UD but Morales could still do it.

:patsch I don't think Morales would beat Rigo but for you to say Aqua's post there is trollish is pretty pathetic as it was a good post and very reasonable. I'm new here and with your immature attitude, I'd be more inclined to think you're the troll.

Wrong, he said rigo has a glass jaw yet took donaires best shots and did well and has never been koed so who's the troll when morales is the one whos been knocked down multiple times and stopped aswell! then He doesn't realize that the more talented boxer will win, and morales is inferior, with his logic miadana beats mayweather, the way he is talking about pressure it just plays into the counterpunchers hands, no one is outboxing rigo or beating him past or present, if it were true that pressure wins then why are all the dominat champs like mayweather rigo Ward klitschko all technical boxers and the most skilled at that?? tell me why please

Rigo does not have a glass jaw, I never brought into the idea that he does.
He was a little off balance during the Marroquin knockdown, and was off balance for Donaire, who landed his check left hook, yet Rigo got up immediately.

Nah, it's pathetic to equate Morales-Rigo to Maidana-Mayweahter. Morales does possess the size advantage and intelligence to actually bring it to Rigo, add to the fact that what Donaire was missing was that he is **** on the front foot, whereas Morales on the front foot fought himself to earn a status as an ATG. Morales is very technical.

You're creating a false dichotomy of pressure vs technical.

Rigo beats virtually everyone, maybe except from Wilfredo Gomez although I'm not sure.

No Thats what the other poster said about having a glass jaw and also comparing it to maidana mayweather, salvador sanchez and wilfredo gomez were great butthe cuban school produces the best talent doubt they would fare well against rigo maybe get stopped
