Of the Pacquiao/Morales/Barrera/Marquez quartet, this is the only fight that never materialized.

Marquez fought mostly at 126. Morales's best class was 122 but fought at featherweight from around 2000 to 2003.

Let's just say 2003 they fight. Who wins?

Morales is too skilled ... I think at his best, no one could beat this guy ... he beat the best and made them look not so good in the process.

Morales is my favorite Mexican boxer of this generation ... he could lead, counter, he had savvy, slickness, speed, power, and beatiful combonations ...

Its gets no better than "El Terrible" ...

When he was against the ropes ... he fought back ... and when he was presented w/ a fighter he couldn't deal with - he went out on his shield.

    Morales by decision !!

Morales UD (115-113 or something like that). It would be a chess match.

    Erik Morales.

Just but I think they could well have a few fights with Morales just coming out on top.

Hmmm yea i dont know who would be victorious on this one.
Im a big Morales fan but JMM is such a good fighter that its hard to pick against him. Maz Kellerman said it. This could be the best of the 4 (Pac, Morales, Barrera and JMM). I would be pulling for Morales but i dont know. I would say a draw. I dont see Morales KOing JMM. And i definately dont see JMM KOing Morales. It would be a hell of a war.

Very close fight in which Morales would have to step back a little to use his boxing and fight from the distance. Marquez would make him pay for each time Morales tried to brawl. With Morales fighting from the outside Marquez would become very tentative, with the second half of the fight less exciting than the first half. With both guys using skill of the highest caliber the fight goes to the cards in a very close technical fight. Morales most likely takes the W by winning more of the early rounds.

El Terrible by SD, but really it could easily go to Marquez.

    Pick-em fight.

But only one thing is sure, it will be action-packed.

Morales was at his best at 122. Don't get me wrong he was great at 126, but not good enough to beat marquez, IMO.
