There is really not much separating these two great fighters. Neither head to head, nor in legacy.

I'd have them next to each in my p4p list. But who was on top could change from week to week. Gun to head, probably Barrera on account of his 2-1 series win.

As much as it pains me to say it cause i love Marco but i have to say Morales ranks higher not by much but still i think he has a deeper resume overall.

It's hard to separate them. Funny, I used to be a Barrera guy, but then I started to move over to the Morales camp. Both are fantastic fighters.
I think any fan of boxing world be a fan of both, not just one or the other.

Morales ranks higher. Better resume. Also he was robbed in the second fight. Third fight was too close to call.

yeah, I kind of agree. I always liked Morales more even though I scored all 3 for MAB. And I think MAB is slightly better/greater, but splitting hairs it is so close IMO.

I always favored Morales. As gutsy as anyone. What a heart.

I think Barrera but also realize Morales is an equally acceptable answer.

How? Morales was the far busier fighter and won more rounds. Barrera fought in spurts. Round 5 which is considered one of the greatest rounds in history was one sided for Morales and people act like it was even. I can see why people say he was robbed in the first fight.
