Willie Limond is a tough dude, he has very little chance to win imo but if you ever seen his fight with Khan who he had down but took a brutal beating nobody could question this guys heart, his face was smashed in and he was still wanting to fight but the docs stopped it, i could see him going the distance with this version of Morales.
I hope he does well. Like I said, it's a huge fight for Limond and at 31 it would be good to get a taste of a huge fight before he packs it in. Don't think he has had an opportunity like this before.

has this already been debunked then ? Willie is a quality fighter but even Old Morales would be a hell of an ask.
I would have loved to have seen this fight go through, I remember when Salita screwed him out of a fight at MSG on the Calzaghe undercard, he was posting about it on the forum ... gutted. Still don't agree with the Morales comeback though.
Eric has been out of the game for a while, you can't expect to get right back in there with top level welter weights. If anything this fight is a measuring stick of where eric's skill and physical ability rank.. If he looks really terrible in this fight look for him to finally retire for good.
