This content is protected Both fighters made weight slightly above the 154 limit (154.5) which is usual since it's 10-round non-title fight. Lara-Brewer will be the main headliner for Campillo-Shumenov II and will be broadcasted by Fox Sports Net.
Yeah, shame this isn't getting enough publicity. Has my interest, and I'll try and watch it over the internet, if possible from Europe. I'm ready. As for a prediction, I am leaning toward Lara (via UD) only because he wouldn't have taken this fight if he didn't think he could win. I don't even care about the outcome, though, I just want to see a potentially great fight.
Damn Bone!! I clicked on here for the specific purpose of posting that pic. Ya beat me to it. I sort of thought Lara would be the bigger man, but Brewer looks huge by comparison. I don't know if that will effect the outcome, but considering Grady's style, it's not good news for Lara. I didn't vote in your poll. No outcome would really surprise me.
IT'S CUBAN BOXING LESSON TIME FOR BREWER!!! LARA WILL BOX BREWER'S LIGHTS OUT and then TKO him... THE FIGHT WILL BE ON CHANNEL 401 IN HD ( in South Florida area ), FOR COMCAST CUSTOMERS STARTING AT 11PM. After Lara is through with Brewer, let's all come back here and discuss the fight! And I want BOORADLEY here to hear his excuses...
It might not be a great action fight. Lara is younger, faster, and probably has better stamina than Grady Brewer. Brewer looks to be the bigger man, and he is VERY strong. Grady won't hesitate to turn this into an ugly slow dance if he feels it's to his advantage.
What excuses? I have no reason to make excuses if Lara beats a good journeyman. Tighten up ****-wit. Post #42:
