Yes, Aquino padded his record in the Dominican Republic, but he's taking it overboard here.

Pointing out that his one time he fought outside DR was the one time he lost is all well and fine, but he lost by MD to an unbeaten prospect, so...in context, not all that damning a fact and doesn't serve Atlas' general point quite as well as he wants it to.

Also, saying that his Dominican opponents' combined record was 37-130 (and then ******-boy Tessitore chiming in "STOP IT!" like he literally never heard of such a thing) is stupid. That is pretty typical LOC for any 17-1-1 guy you could pluck at random from anywhere in the world, not just the Dominican, unless they're an Olympic gold medalist or something.

Rodriguez is turning Aquino, jabbing the shorter man and falling in with straight pumps at head level. Aquino is whipping hooks into the chest and launching an overhand right on the inside. Both are largely missing and hitting parts of the body that aren't legal scoring areas.

Round 2

Rodriguez is countering with the long uppercut on the bottom of the jaw when Aquino slashes his way in. Rodriguez is leaning in on Aquino, taking a quick step back when Aquino wings up the left hook and whiffs, then stepping in and countering with the jab.
