Erislandy Lara waiting for his shot at Canelo

If he were a fraud Pactrash would have fought him long ago.

 

It seems that most people here overrate Lara. Though he is athletic and skilled he is very human. He is very weak in the body and headbutts people that land shots on his abdomen. He even resorted to dirty tactics when he faced the tough but limited Freddy Hernandez.

When Lara faces Canelo the fight will be interesting as I doubt he will withstand Canelo's body work.

Canelo is no joke though he has enjoyed the benefits of being one of the sports top draws. The hype that once benefited him is now hurting him after his loss against Mayweather. I understand that fans want him to face the best but after the loss against Floyd he needs to face someone like Angulo. After that fight we will see who is next for Canelo or if he will move up in weight.

Lara should just fight Kirkland.

Floyd is fighting Maidana or Khan, Canelo is fighting Angulo, Cotto is fighting Martinez, Molina is fighting Charlo. Nobody wants to see Lara vs. K-9 or Ishe. Andrade hasn't built up his name whatsoever. A fight against Kirkland makes perfect sense and it's a great contrast in styles.

 

Canelo's next fight will be Ortiz if he wins

 

LARA: Lost to molina, was losing to vanes, and got planted on his ass HARD by slow caveman angulo (twice).

The same angulo who was in his prime when he got boxed to pieces by a totally shot kermit cintron.


When Canelo isnt a walking dead weight drained zombie...he is plenty good enough to slap this fool around.

 

I think Lara will be facing Kirkland or Molina.

 

Not that I'm defending some of the garbage fights Pac has had in the past... but he is fighting one of the top WW's next (legitimate top WW, not some stupid trinket ranking) Remind me who your hero is about to fight??

 

But beat Trout easier than Canelo did who shoulda lost
