I like them both in different ways. Lara is more fundamentally correct and his defence seems a bit more reliable. Gamboa is just a beast, incredible physical qualities. Both should go a long way if their talent is harnessed correctly.
Outch:yikes This kid must be something really special to have that kind of ammateur record......Hope he will go pro one day....
I'm onboard. Before I sign my card though, I want to know how these guys are coming up with these names.
Somehow they have to arrange a trip for Rigondeaux. Pro boxing loses a possible HOF here - and amateur too. With no future for boxing in Cuba, it was a bad choice to change his mind and not leave with Lara.
I was so disappointed when I heard that Rigondeaux failed to defect. That guy is ****ing awesome. Within 18 months of turning pro he would of been up there with Vazquez, Marquez etc in the 122 division.
i hope your joking. As of last night im on it, the guy has potential and damn that was one crazy ****in knock out
NO! i fought him 3 years ago in an international friendly now dont get me wrong he won 14-5 but take off the 14oz gloves ang head gear and brickfists would crack his jaw
