Yes I think its Hagen Dorings company. He used to be work for Universum, and Sauerland before that I believe.
They are promoting a lot of Eastern European fighters with a German passport and also did some card with the Lewandowksi brothers.
Because boxing as a sport is a joke when it comes to PED's. Also the lack of one unified single governing body with all the authority means you'll never have a unified approach to dealing with instances like this. I mean how the hell did Teper fight while being suspended? You get banned for PED's by one body while every other ignores it so the fighter can keep fighting and beating on men while chemically enhanced. Why didn't Khan's fight with Petersen get overturned when his opponent admitted doping? Why does any boxer not have his record altered when caught cheating? Why did nothing happen when Floyd was caught with an IV? Why is the WBA giving Browne a vacant title shot after supposedly doping? As I said boxing and PED's is a joke.
