Boxrec says Teper KO1 Michael Sprott.

Too bad about Gjergjaj. I have been following him through boxrec for years now and want to see him get a good fight.

Doubt that the result is legit.

Why? Teper can punch and I doubt they would make it up... If Terper hit Sprott with his big right hand it is very possible that he stopped Sprott fast.

Very possible, anyone can get caught cold.

The card is just very suspicious, the other fight on the card never happend.

    Very nice win for Teper.

Didnt think he was going to win this fight, but Kudos to him for taking advantage of his opponent being hurt and not letting off the gas.

Sprott was hurt when he was dropped after walked into a R hand. He got up, and was still wobbly and fell once more but not cause by a punch.

He rose from that fall spitting blood (broken nose:think) and when Teper applied the pressure, the Sprott corner threw in the towel.

May have been a bit premature of his corner since the rd was nearly over and he seemed to be getting his legs back, but the big man was about his business in there, and with Michael Sprott about done in terms of challenging for even minor titles, no sense in him being hurt further when he's still gonna get fights if he wants em.

Teper should continue at this level for a few, then consider moving up into the Blevel against a fellow prospect or maybe a former titlist or even a contender.

Sprott.....either time to hang em up, or time to hit the journeyman trail, take some shorter money fights that he can win without being robbed, then maybe a money fight as an opponent of the loser of Haye Fury.:think

Really didn't expect that, Teper did what Helenius, Pulev, Brewster and Ustinov couldn't do, and with with only 10 fights prior this is a great win.

Props to Teper, the only other man who's done that to Sprott was Corrie Sanders 13 years or 40 fights ago.

Well as you can see it was Terpers right hand wich is very hard if it lands like that.

The thing about those other fighters is that Sprott actually had a chance to win this fight. Teper had been down against Olukun and Sprott is a far better fighter than he.

In Sprott's latest greatest stand, his fight vs Dimitrenko, he started really late in that fight, and lost narrowly on the cards. It almost appeared as if Sprott felt he needed to fight with a sense of urgency early in this one to keep the bigger guy from getting in any kind of rhythm.
He got caught early and his team didnt want him to have to fight possibly 9 more rds with a busted nose. But, it is not completely outta the realm of possibilty that Sprott survives those waning seconds and continues on in the defensive manner in which he fought the likes of Brewster, Helenius, Ustinov and Pulev. He likely would've easily survived to lose a lopsided decision had his nose not been broken.:think

    It was clearly legit.

Sprott went down hard and barely beat the count. Then after taking a few shots he went down again (no knockdown counted but one should have been). Then as he was hurt and taking shots in against the ropes, Sprott's corner man threw in the towel.
