    If it's a 12 round fight, I'm taking Mathis: faster hands, better athlete, and I think he'd overpower Terrell in the clinch.

    I think Terrell wins a decision using his jab and being rangy like against Chuvalo but Mathis was faster and could overwhelm him if he gets inside
