I've read up enough on them. I have a copy of "anabolics". AI's and Serms dont help when you've had gyno from puberty and had it for years. Even if it did help, the estrogen rebound would make it comeback worse, so the only possible choice would be aromasin, and only if the gyno was "fresh"

Yeah; no **** they will not help the condition post hoc. I clearly stated that he should have run an A.I. when he started using aromatizing compounds. The only help now is cosmetic surgery. Aromasin is only used in PCT with compounds that are known for strong estrogen rebound like Deca and anadrol which has more to do with an imbalance in progesterone/estrogen ratio's that cause the rebound.

Aromasin is used during cycle and is a stronger alternative to arimidex also binging to SHBG thus allow more free testosterone to innervate the blood stream.

What are you claiming exactly? That Spence had untreated puberty induced gyno? Medical records are private so there is no way you would know for certain.

I doubt you understand it very well. You had to reference a book and still got aromasin's connection to estrogen rebound and when it should be run confused.

aromas in doesn't bind to the estrogen receptor which would cause estrogen rebound when the drug is discontinued(letro)
but actually hinders the aromatization process By suicide inhibition of the aromatase enzyme. A ssuicide inhibitor can be discontinued without the threat of rebound
