Yeah I do too which is why I don't block them unless they are being racist or very insulting. This seprothrising guy recently called me a Muslim extremist because I reported a rumour about the Brook-Spence fight, someone like that is hard to reason with.

 

Yeah, I've seen that. Dealing with absolutes and taking a hard line stance on what they 'think' is true, despite evidence againsrt... couple more troll traits.

 

You can usually see a pattern with the trolls, I would name them all but I think we both know them. Some are GGG/Pacquaio/Eastern European fighter fan boys and they hate on anything positive in regards to Wilder/Mayweather/Ward/PBC then the we have the fan boys of the exact reverse who can't stand GGG/Pac/Eastern european fighters and love all things PBC and Ward.

 

All I know is that Manny Pacquiao is clean and Floyd and 99% of Gaymon/TMT fighters are on roids.

To be honest, I don't think that he's actually scared of Spence as a man but I do think that he is very aware that Spence is a serious threat to his reign as champion. It's for that reason, that I also think he really doesn't want this fight. The loss of his title cuts into his earning potential big time and he knows that. If he was were he wanted to be financially then he would be more relaxed. Spence is about to derail that gravy train and Brook is shook about that.

 

Ok so by your logic Brook isnt afraid of spence man to man but he is afraid of losing because it can affect his future earning potential? Isnt that pretty much what most fighters face including spence? If Spence loses it really sets back his career a lot more than a loss for Brook. Brook has had a couple big fights already and is a big draw in England so hes established even after a loss to GGG in which he did well considering what he was up against. I dont buy the Brook is scared bs. Btw im not a Brit so no bias here and while not a big fan of Brook he did earn my respect getting in against GGG and went in to fight not run. Spence i like but unlike everyone else who seem to already be sucking the sack ill reserve judgement on crowning him until he actually fights someone with a pulse which hes doing now.

 

I agree with you about reserving judgement, about Spence until he proves it, whilst I am picking Spence I think its as close fight and I'm open to being wrong.

However Brook has more to lose than Spence: 1. his title is on the line, 2. he would risk losing in front of his own fans which makes it worse, 3. If he loses he will probably move uip and let's face it except for Cotto who won't take that fight there is no big name fighter at 154.

Yeah, you pretty much got it right. If Brook didn't have a title then I think the fight would have happened long ago. Spence is on his way up and trying to get where Brook is now and these are Brooks prime earning years. He don't want nothing to go wrong with that. You can't blame a man for thinking like that. Brook hasn't made the money he wants and that is why he keeps trying to make the bigger money potential fights. Everybody knows what that GGG fight was all about, (money, pure and simple) and a hope against hope that he might pull it out. It went the way people expected it to go and he got and E for effort. He definitely didn't fight GGG to challenge himself because he didn't have to make that jump to do that. He didn't risk nothing fighting GGG because his rep was at welter, and that's where the damage would be done with a loss. Spence is ready for Brooks ass right now and he don't have to fight nobody else to prove that. Who did Loma fight? Fact is, when your'e ready then your'e ready. For the record, I could care less if you were British or whatever, I'm not talking nationalities, I'm talking boxing.

 

lol it's not really a secret anymore,I just take it as a given that all the top boxers/athletes are on something anyway as the gains are probably seen as worth it,I'll bet that the boxers themselves are all ok with it,that said maybe there's a line and some are going well over the top,Spence strikes me as one,before anyone has a go at me I'm not hating on Spence just pointing out the obvious.

 

Yeah dead right and one other thing I've noticed is under no circumstances will they ever criticise they fav man in any capacity and will dream up the craziest stuff to support their man and even the manager and team.
