    Heard the same thing.....Apparently Adrien is bringing in bigger sparring partners to get ready for his scale up in weight when he faces Paulie later in the year. I heard it was Pacquiao-esque the way he got slept....If it's true that is. Funny how no one wants to touch this story from within the camps....reminds me of those Chad Dawson rumors before his fight with Ward.

    why in the hell is Broner sparring a big southpaw like Spence to get ready for Paulie :patsch

    Spence is the perfect type of fighter to give you tough sparring too

    Well, if he made Broner sleep, it's not really that much of a stretch to say that he may have at least worked Floyd over pretty good.

    Some guys are just sparring legends that never really materialize. I hope he's different.

    Just to get him use to feeling power from bigger guys....they brought this kid in thinking he's green and that Broner's experience, skills, bigger gloves and head gear would allow him to start the process of getting acclimated to the higher weight....but Apparently EJ has some real power not to mention a BIG weight advantage. Broner is moving up and he is in the beginning phase. Not a smart move if this story turns out to be real.

    What i believe personally is broner was probably just working. An this young dude spence probably wanted to prove his metal in that gym an turned it up. **** like that happens all the time.

    He needs to get accustomed to WWs who will come to the ring as big as spence, with that speed + power, if Broner can acclimate to that he will have no problem at 140 or 147 with anyone down there.

    I figure Spence gets the benefit of fighting against someone who is lightening quick and a excellent counter puncher in flurries. Wonder who he is getting ready for? :D

    good points. I guess this proves Broner should have stayed at lightweight for longer :yep

    I'd love to see Spence vs Canelo in a few years :p
