Algieri through Ugás was a very solid run over six years...world rated opponents ranging from so-so to very good. A few of them elites, but invariably shot or blown-up. IDK, honestly. Worse résumés have gotten in. Obviously beating Crawford would have made this a very different conversation.
If I were to account talent and resume only, I would say Spence Jr is a borderline HOF. Really good dominance but he needs more domineering performances against more P4P type fighters.
No. He was decent but not HOF . HOF fighters do not get owned like he did against Crawford, while in their prime.
Bradley was a 2 weight world champion unlike Spence and Bradley has better wins, Spence's resume is not even comparable. Even if you discard the win over Pac, which we should, he beat Marquez another ATG. Spence is a good fighter but he's fallen short of greatness or HOF entry. If he can pick up a title at 154 then he's a maybe.
