Errol Spence Jr is just what boxing needs

It's pretty lame that this thread has no responses and all of the ones about Brook being overrated or spence being exposed have pages of responses. This was a great fight. Why can't we celebrate that boxing has a great new young champion, who won in extremely impressive fashion against an elite opponent defending his belt in front of his hometown? I thought both fighters looked great tonight, if you think that means either guy got "exposed" YDKSAB. The pressure, digging body shots, power and unrelenting confidence of Spence is damn impressive. Brook would have beaten Most top welterweights tonight (Garcia, Thurman) it took a special performance by Spence to get him out of there in the 11th round.

 

Incredible fight, Kell and Spence are quality.

Didn't Floyd already get a taste in sparring a couple years back, I think before the Pac fight. He knows better than to sign up for that, he values his health.

yeh floyd and him sparred and i think mayweather til this day gives him huge props saying he is the next best thing in boxing.
