I think Errol Spence is the truth, looks elite level. He looked so comfortable and took some shots, although his chin hasn't been tested against a big puncher. I'd favour him to beat Khan/Brook but I'd like to see him beat Danny Garcia before that.

 

Absolutely. Lots to like about Spence.

 

There's nothing to dislike about Algieri. He's a good fighter, good guy off the ring. He has a great heart. But he's simply not on this level.

 

I know why the caged Algieri sings. :verysad

 

Algieri can't seem to find his rhythm with any trainers. He needs to stop going into that high-guard. It's not doing him any favors defensively. He doesn't seem to know how, or simply can't seem to time counters off of it. And he gets eaten up by lateral/looping shots. He has solid foot speed and a decent jab. He needs to learn some more efficient use of the ring, and learn how to make the distance/angles he needs to fight from that medium/long range. Maybe John David Jackson isn't the best trainer for him. Nothing against JDJ, but maybe he's incapable/incompatible with Chris.

Chris needs to assess that short/clinch range and start improving his defense at that distance, or learn some better angles/footwork.

 

I think it's a rather off to start making accusations about steroids.

It sounded like a great performance from Spence Jr, Algieri was way out of his depth power wise so was never going to stop the charge from Spence who was always going to come out to make a statement and put it right on him.

 

Spence will beat Kell, seeing this.

 

Let's see if Brook has the courage to fight Spence. His British glass jaw will get shattered if it happens.

 

Spence is intelligent as well, I like how he broke down Algeri''s mistakes.

 

I don't get why people hate Spence. He has one of the most pleasing styles around.
