I’m not overrating Spence, but Crawford has earned his legitimate claim to not only p4p #1 now…but also a one the greatest ever. He’s beaten everyone conceivably he should beat in his time. Regardless of what happens from here on out, he’s legitimately stamped his greatness in boxing. An absolute master boxer

There may be reasons for that hence why a rematch may be good to see. Not sure it was easy but Bud was on point offensively and more important defensively.

This is the problem with boxing BS spinning and crap. You know what I am not even going to dignify your comments with any further response. Proud of brother Crawford’s performance which was as good as Floyd over the late great Diego Corrales of blessed memory. EJ will be back.

With all due respect, yes he's very special and earned p4p #1, but "one of the greatest ever" is a bit much. He could beat almost anyone h2h yes, but he's well short of Floyd or Pac's accomplishments. It's the only big name on his resume ... compare this to SRR for example.

Crawford Vs Mayweather Jr would be interesting, I’d favour Crawford!
Problem is that FMJ would have avoided Crawford like the plague

Yeah, I didn't care for that. Thought it was premature and which unfairly prob got into Spence's head. Wouldn't have mattered ultimately of course, Crawford was gonna beat that ass no matter what. He's 2 to 2.5 levels above Spence.

Floyd vs a southpaw atg with a reach advantage. Of course he would have ducked him unfortunately. But it would have been a really great fight just to see how he deals woth a guy like that.

Spence looked drained and weak to me but lets not taje anything away from Crawford. Even at 35 He looked amazing. Great skills and a great performance.
Two time undisputed and can be considered an atg. There is no point in a rematch. Lets see what Crawford does next.

The doctor taking a look at him at the beginning of that round was surprising, but Spence was not reacting well to the shots he was taking. So I get why the doctor was called in there. But yes Bud is levels about Spence clearly, and fans were making it seem like this was on par with Leonard Duran 1 or Leonard Hearns 1.:facepalm:

True. Paul Williams and Margarito would give Spence a prolonged beatdown.

This serves as a reminder of how clueless Paulie is and why no one should ever listen to this fool ever again on anything related to boxing. :risas3:

Just caught up on the full fight after getting back from a business trip to the states and sleeping like 12 hours solid.

Whilst the fight went exactly how my prediction went - Bud too high-skilled, catching Errol with quick shots and counters he wouldn't see coming, and being a spiteful finisher - I was actually a bit surprised that it was so dominant from so early; I expected Spence to maybe win the first four or 5 rounds on his jab and pressure until Crawford found his rhythym - he's usually a slow starter and ships a few early, but he was on point and zoned in from the start.

Since seeing Spence take the title from a GGG damaged Kell Brook in Sheffield I've always rated Spence as someone who was great at using his advantages - natural size, great body work and volume / engine, but have never saw him as particularly exceptional in any department and always felt that would be a problem against Crawford.
