It isn't about getting fights when we want them though. This could have been done right now. There was nothing holding the fight up. But Spence and Haymon decided to lobby the WBA. This was not down to the WBA. They wanted Ugas to face mandatories and have some tournament thing, then changed their mind. It was a backroom deal designed to avoid Crawford. That is the only valid explanation.
