It'll be interesting to see where it all ends, although I fancy vested business interests within pro sport will maintain the status quo for years to come, ie. placate the sponsors and mugu punters with the 'illusion' of testing, so we continue to see superhuman performances from 'clean' athletes.. The whole thing's low down and dirty but so's all business, and anyway so is life itself. There's no such thing as a 'level playing field', you just get on with what you've got..
I took your advice, had a nice cuppa and a digestive, feeling a lot better actually, so thank you :good Also my beautiful Spurs won again last night, another stunning performance so I'm a very happy today :yep
If and probably when Leicester win the league I will be very happy for them, it's an amazing season and Leicester have been exceptional and they have been in front now for so long it would cruel if they blew it.
Complex issue, for those those that don't know athletes especially proffesional take supplements for a variety of reasons, some performance enhancing but totally legal. Some supplements contain substances that are a little naughty but are not tested for, some contain substances that are tested for in some county's/ country's but not in others. It's a minefield and I am no expert but I have learned enough to know that it is very hard to distinguish a "cheat", it's not as simple as black and white.
