    I don't even know how there is even any debate about this...

    Ellerbe has said that a fight with Crawford is not happening anytime soon.

    You've got Spence spewing garbage about Crawford being across the street and now he's talking A-side garbage.

    So what! Floyd was pound for pound number when he fought De La Hoya and Arturo Gatti but they got the lions share of the purse as the money men. Floyd took a lesser share but after he beat them he became the money man.

    Let the promoters talk money, your job as a fighter is to say yes I wanna fight the best.

    I actually dont think it should be 50/50.

    Spence has the better resume and has done the better numbers.

    That being said.

    I cant stand seeing clear rivals care so little about being number one that they are fine with letting a few percentages on a split get in the way of a fight happening.

    This is exactly the type of attitude that is infecting this sport and I thought Spence was more ballsy than this.

    Gonna let 5% or so get in the way of the biggest fight in the division happening. Hard not to see this as a duck if this really is what keeps the fight from happening.

    However.. its lame but possible that he's just saying this as a negotiations ploy and that they really would accept 50 50 if push came to shove. We'll see.

    Problem is that Crawford doesn't have anybody to face. After Spence dispatches of Porter, Garcia, Thurman etc. he will be viewed as the clear number one, as Crawford does nothing but continue to fight scrubs, and get older. Spence is clearly the A side at this point. Crawford can only blame himself. He'd have gotten more money with PBC per fight, although he probably would have been fighting twice a year, as opposed to three times a year.

    Man they both get 50-50 because they both need each other to cement legacy and establish themselves as the new boxing star!

    Spence didn’t sell 300plus Ppv it was Mikey!
    Why is porter vs Spence not on ppv??? Because they know damn well Spence does not carry the star power yet!

    Crawford only did 150k !!

    Neither is the a side!!!
    Just fight and a new superstar is born!

    Seems pretty simple to me. Crawford clearly wants the fight. Spence is talking that old played ass “other side of the street” bull**** and whining about purse splits before there’s even talk of negotiation. Bad look for Spence.

    50/50 is fair.

    If Spence shared the pot evenly with Garcia , why won't he for Crawford?

    Neglecting a fair 50/50 split is always sign of a duck.

    I read 1.5 paragraphs and that was enough. Do you really think Mikey would have survived 12 rounds with Crawford? No! Crawford would have seriously hurt and put Mikey away. And he wouldn't need to throw 1,100 punches.

    No one has Spence as the P4P #1 & nor should thay have Crawford as the P4P #1 then .
    Crawford needs to fight the likes of Spence to get in p4p top 10.
    All this bull**it not fighing each other next people will have Wilder in p4p list lol.
