I know resume wise spence has not really fought anyone but man people really speak highly of this kid spence would destroy Garcia
spense by ko by round 8, in a total mismatch. spense has fought a few at lmw too, he has trouble finding opponents
I heard a lot of great things from spence even Thurman rates him highly Mayweather was preparing for his fight against the ghost he called on spence to spar Spence had mayweather out on his feet and gave him a black eye later mayweather said to his team get this young kid out I don't want anything to do with him
whoever is giving you info is yanking your head. Floyd had spense in 3 maybe 4 camps by the pac fight. Floyd never "kicked" spense out, when a fighter gives you your best work, only a fool would get rid of him. they got pretty close personally, but spense is nothing like the clown Floyd is in the public eye. id tell you, if fmj an spense fought right now spense would end him in a great great fight. i'll give you the facts, Floyd had him is his camp for as far back as the Ortiz fight. the 1st time they sparred spense literally put it on him. Floyd was trying to clown him and got handled, Floyd made sure they got spense back in there a few days later and ever since them fmj had known he better be ready when he goes with that dude. when they spar, they literally spar to win and its a real give and take, neither of them could win back to back sessions, that's how even they were. ive heard from people who had seen them spar on many occasions and people from tmt wouldn't ever tell me spense had him last night, if it weren't true. I know for a fact spense is ultimately skilled and he doenst truly have anyone who could challenge him in the whole WW division, hes had to fight a bunch at 154 just to gain experience. no one wants to lose and anyone who fights him loses badly hes the future king of ww and jmw, Floyd had to build up over a decade to get to ww while spense is starting at ww, jmw so he'll look much more beastly and he most likely is due to being so much bigger physically
Spence by UD. He might get robbed though, because nobody seems to get the nod against Garcia for some reason. He's even harder to beat on points as Williams, Canelo or Bradley.
That could be true or false, I can't go off what I don't know. I've heard he put it on him as far back as the ortiz or it could've even been the ssm camp, and he's brought him in for sparring every camp since, fmj will only spar him when he was just about ready for fight time. That has a lot to due with spense being so young and always being ready to fight. I know floyds been trying to sign him for years but hasn't yet. Think he has a better shot signing him now that he's retired. Puts the possibility of them actually fighting at zero. Always been at zero for fmj but spense might had thought maybe. Spense at this point, well, for quite a few years, spense would stop fmj later in a fight. I know for a fact they sparred a bunch of times during the pac camp and floyd actually told him to not hold back. Fmj had way more problems with spense (with head gear and bigger gloves) than pac came close to. I wouldn't doubt for one second spense had him ready to go in sparring, not think twice about it if one I know was there told me. When they would spar, tons of fighters would know and actually be allowed to watch, so fighters know to stay way away from spense. 147 and 154, spense right now beats everyone handedly, no questions
Garcia's timing would be something that troubles Spence at this point. The style match-up favors Spence though. I'd prefer Spence to fight someone like Jessie Vargas first. Needs to step up gradually.
The conversation here makes me think about Spence vs Crawford... is Spence too big for Crawford to agree to fight?
