Mikey didn't want smoke w/ Gamboa, Linares, or Cotto (citing concerns about the size differential)... But now he's fighting Spence without testing the waters at 147 against a PEDerson or Josesito Lopez? I think Mikey's selling his 0 and either he will quit or Robert will stop the fight at the first sign of real danger. In my opinion, this fight will end very early and the ending will be controversial and disappointing.
Why don't you just relax and enjoy the fight? You said Mikey wouldn't fight Spence. Give Garcia credit for being willing to make this fight.
I read your original post and don't understand why you are hyperventilating over this fight. This fight doesn't threaten Pac's legacy. This is one of the few fights that I am somewhat looking forward to. Let's see what happens in the ring first before we start throwing conspiracy theories around.
We're on a boxing forum... What does this have to do w/ Pac? Mikey vs. Cotto didn't happen because Team Garcia felt Cotto was too big. Spence is bigger than Cotto regardless of Spence competing at 147? I gave Mikey credit for fighting Spence... but it doesn't make sense based on his history. Mikey HIMSELF has said that Broner and Lipinets were bigger than him (I disgree with his statement) and that he felt their size.
With you, everything seems to be about Pac. I guess you don't have anything else to do but worry about dumb stuff so have at it.
