What happened to Gurgen Hovhannisyan vs Viktor Vykhyst?

Great headline fight & an undercard to snooze through. It astonishes me to see experienced, capable promoters putting on shows like this. Match up some decent talent on the undercard & move their careers forwards, ffs. Maybe I'm demonstrating my ignorance of American boxing these days. I wouldn't accept non-event undercards on an Australian show. One of the UK promoters pulls the same stunt with big fights over there which I just don't understand. Do yourselves & the sport a favour by taking the opportunity to grow the brand of some of your other fighters.

You are right this is a perfect time for new talent to shine & others to become more than well known, missed opportunity due to greediness.

This would have been on regular HBO in the 2000's.

Idk cotto was fighting Judah, and Hamed was fighting Barrera on PPV. For Undisputed? I think it would have been a TVKO/HBO PPV for sure. I mean Hopkins-Taylor was a PPV and that should have been HBO WCB.

Yeah, but those guys were way more popular than Crawford and Spence.

It's about the Money! Spence has been pulling in 300k in ppv buys the same those guys were pulling in at the time, give or take a few thousands with a higher price point as well.
