Errol Spence vs Tim Tszyu

Tszyu is supposed to win this and if he doesn't his career is over. Spence career was ended in 2023. There are lesser asterisks you have called out before, be objective for once

 

To be fair, we dont actually know that but yeah it seems very likely.

Last we saw of Spence was a walloping to an ATG, generational talent. Before that he beat Danny worse than he ever lost before and stopped the reincarnated Ugas, something nobody else has ever done. Spence actually looked STRONGER in lead up to Terrence fight as evidenced by his ability to hurt bigger guys when he couldn't hurt little Mikey Garcia and the fact that he dominated Danny in a way nobody else had and didnt need an SD to get by (like was the case vs Porter).

But sure let ppl tell you it was the car crash, it was his teeth, it was alcohol. The only thing that made sense to me was that he was weight drained AND puzzled which made him look foolish and out of place. He was getting hit hard and paying for mistakes he never paid for before. Reminds me when SOG got knocked down against Kovalev. He smiled and was embarrassed. Or when Floyd got badly hurt against Mosley in Rd 2...in the corner, afterward, he smiled and looked a bit embarrassed. The difference is Ward and Mayweather knew how to make adjustments - Spence did not.

I'd back Spence if he is near his prime, but again hard to say.

Wrong. I said most people thought that Spence was compromised at the weight. Never gave him a pass for the car crash excuse. Now he is fighting Tszyu at a more comfortable weight so no excuses.
