Still possible for Spence x Bud in the fall for undisputed. If Garcia ends up fighting Pac then that eliminates 2 big fights for the 1st half of the year for Bud.
Ugas is a good fighter. I figure he loses in 12 against Spence. Of course, I would much rather see Spence-Crawford.
Ugas has very close fight with Porter...don't know, don't know, it would be a tough fight and difficult to make a prediction.
Same, I like Spence too, think his resume is quality but I'm totally underwhlemed by his level of ambition for the biggest fight he could make. He just doesn't seem confident, it's not even the promoter putting up all the roadblocks, Spence himself has told Bud to first get a belt, then "cross the street", then to take a 70-30 or 60-40 split, all while he said he'd unify with Bud but instead chased Porter who also refused to fight Bud when he had a belt and an old Pac. Now he's got a good but not elite Ugas who can totally derail his career seeing as he isn't a big money fight and he'd rather take that fight over the biggest fight of his career win or lose. Man thinks he's a PPV star while barely selling too, total joke. Neither Bud nor Spence is a star, they need each other and keep lying to themselves that that isn't the case.
Bias? I'm a fan of Spence, think he's the best guy at welterweight currently. But he also lacks cojones. Crawford has a similar problem with his recent selection of contenders but he's clearly got much more of an intention to fight Spence than vice versa. I'm not biased against Spence at all, try another excuse next time that actually works.
Spence gets another reason to not face Crawford. Spence takes this in a boring UD win obviously but the real question is how many bums are left in Omaha for Crawford at thirty three years old? Has he stated interest in PBC yet?
He's cleaning out the division towards facing Crawford. Crawford made a mistake resigning w Arum. Arum wants to ruin the superfight we all want. Calling Errol a ducker is ridiculous.
I didnt call him a ducker. I said he has a reason. Please reread what I wrote. Spence has a legit belt to go after now as I don’t personally believe Pacquaio was ever going to face him.
Well said. They need this fight to get bigger fights. But only one of them moves to that the other has a major setback and spence is obviously not confident
PBC doesn't want their #1 WW to lose to a TR fighter. We'll likely never see ESjr v TC. PBC sill continue to freeze him out as payback for not signing with them.
So much whining. We all know the fight isn't happening until Crawford's contract with Arum is up. It will be 2022 at the earliest no ducking on either side.
