This was the beat case scenario for both Mikey and Errol. A 12 round boxing lesson. Mikey goes onto fight another day and claim that he got a moral victory by going the distnce with a much bigger man and Errol beats him wide enough where doesn’t lose much/any credibility for not knocking out a lightweight. I felt that Mikey never took risks to win and was content with just not getting knocked out and Errol never got out of 2nd gear. He let off the gas every time the round was winding down and backpeddled for no reason. He really only flurried and put on pressure for 30 second spurts in about 4 rounds. I’m really suspicious about this fight and I’m just about done with the **** PBC has been serving us.

Couldn't agree more. It was a **** show fight to me. I guess that's what happens when you have stablemates fighting each other. On the biggest stage of his career Errol shits the bed. All of those fans that came to Dallas stadium did not show up to see Errol lay an egg. Nobody wants to see a 12 round fight like that where it looks like a glorified sparring match. Thank god for the japanese and russian fighters because these american fighters are sinking the sport. Nobody is impressed with bum ass Wilder and Thurman and so many more.

I think you aren't giving Mikey credit for his exceptional defense. It takes a hell of a lot of focus to parry and block the vast majority of head shots from a guy with some power, and a work rate like Spence, especially when you moved up in weight to fight.

    The fight was pre-arranged FIXED.

    Its was STAGED.

Garcia was bribed to take it easy on Spence.
That's why Garcia missed on purpose and threw many punches in the air.

This OP is nonsense. Spence busted him and nearly got him out of there. The referee was looking closely, and they could faked an easier fight for Mikey. Plus, there's no reason why Spence would tank a performance in his first PPV. He needs to start raising his profile to be commensurate with his talent level.

Mikey's face looked like he had it out the car window behind a pick-up truck going down a gravel road at the Post Fight interview an hour later.

GQ Magazine canceled the pre-arranged "photo shoot" I am sure.

    Both guys fought like champs...
Mikey was simply too small for the beast of a man Spence.

Mikey did land a number of big shots but he didn't have the pop to deter Spence

What the hell y'all smoking on? The fight was not fixed. Spence clearly said before the fight he's going to show u that he's not just a come forward fighter and that he's better at everything than Mikey. He did just that, and straight up out boxed and out classed Mikey to a true boxing lesson. He fought a different fighting style that most casual fans were familiar with. I know Crawford now looks at Spence differently.

    Complete nonsense.

Maybe Spence and Garcia know a thing or two about boxing. Maybe they are elite, by being patient and not going out guns blazing looking for knock outs.

Maybe you guys think boxing is easy.

Nothing pre-arranged. Just two guys at the top level and one coming up short. It happens.

There's no conspiracy. Spence used all his advantages in the fight and he fought at a distance he was comfortable with. He was having success from the outside, so he didn't change up his game plan until round 9 when he decided he wanted to KO Garcia. It's a case of turning up the heat too late and Garcia have a good enough defense and chin to stand the assault in the last few rounds.

Nah he did try to get the blown up 135 pounder Mexican-American leprechaun who'd come up from 126 and was soft even down at 135 out of there but he just wasn't capable of achieving it or even really wobbling said leprechaun.
