You say "These guys" but out yourself right in there with them. You don't care about Errol's health do you ?
My own worry is Errol is in more danger fighting Bud again than Boots. Their only concern seems to be $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I can't imagine Spence's family or handlers approve of this. Could be ugly.

The accident may play in his thoughts. To survive an accident like that, he may have this belief that he can get through anything. Yeah he got beat up bad by Crawford but maybe he's willing to take damage for one last big payday then retire? I'm just trying to play 'devil's advocate' because I agree 100%. He's seriously risking his life and his faculties by rematching Bud. Like you said, if I was close to Spence, I would do all I could to stop this rematch.

Count me out, I'll not watch it. Not unless Errol has a complete physical & neurological examination to prove he is fit to fight. Boxing is a tough enough sport when both contestants are 100 % without letting a man back in the ring after the beat down Errol suffered. There was something wrong They must make sure he is fit to fight because Errol wants the chance to prove that wasn't the real Errol in there, they Must protect him from himself
He's a married man with children that love him. That should come before anyone making $$$$$$$$$$$$$

Great post Chris Surely the State Commission should insist on making sure he is fit to fight

    Lol

It reminds me of the talks of a rematch that was supposed to happen with Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson after their first fight. And now it’s the same “What For???” feeling I had then.

If it was a one shot knockout or something like that then ok. He got caught so why not do it again. But we saw what happened.

Only interested if it's at 154. I think Errol will be faster and more energetic at the higher weight. Still would bet on Crawford.

Can't understand why there is any need for this?

I guess if there is a rematch clause, Spence is concerned how it would look if he doesn't invoke it?

Yeah I think that Spence is trying to protect his reputation. I reckon he will come out firing which will lead to him being taken out earlier.

He's just not a big enough puncher to bomb out Crawford. He's just going to get beat to a pulp again.
