Just looking at the OP then and it ain't even clear what the challenges this week are. What are they?

Pabuiao's man management is upsetting me now, he doesn't know how to handle the talent. He's got the best players in the league that everyone wants and he's just letting us play, he should be putting his arm around us, making everything cushy for us, and taking care of all the difficult stuff.

For example, he should PM us every Monday and tell us what the challenges are that he wants us to analyze and win for him.

I have faith that he will leave this Rafa Benitez side of him behind and improve though, I love playing and winning for the gaffer, and the Irish people and fans. (kisses the shamrock)

I've told you already, you can challenge somebody else on whatever fight you wish, and if they agree all I have to do is approve it. I don't have to make the challenge, you and/or Lunny can, all I have to do is sanction it.
