It makes the challenges an event rather than a regularity, I think its the best way forward.

It's probably for the best to be honest. I haven't got any issues with challenges being involved in some capacity, but when they begin to take priority over the regular league picks and we have 40/50 point swings every week there is a problem.

It would seem so, gonna be a vote on it isn't there?

I cannot speak about my contractual obligations and current situation, that is for my agent. I will do the best for my team like I always have done. Nobody knows the future...

    I am happy with that:good

This way teams can keep their tally up with regular points and then the best pickers/players can make decisive contributions come challenge time.

    :?:?

You've been an integral man, can't say I wouldn't be sad to see you go.

    :-(

With less challenges in place, we'll be back in no time, I won't stand in your way, but I will be requesting for an adequate amount of compensation for you leaving from The Chairman. Say the amount of points you've scored thus far in the competition? Mand's say is final, I won't be happy if you go off on a free, though I would understand, too an extent.

And seeing as you've been prolific, that's quite a hefty amount.

    BREAKING NEWS!!!

Sources can reveal that the agents of Pad-Man have been in talks with a possible move away from England. To counter a possible move away, the board of Team England have made a new revised contract offer to Pad-Man. Sources can reveal that the terms of the new contract include; Vice captain status and a revised salary.

Nothing is final yet but there has been an official statement from Pad-Man ''I have always felt at home here in England, I need time to think about my future and mull over the contract on offer with my agents. But nobody knows the future, not me or you, only God knows.''

    Keep tuned for latest developments...

Nice to see some rationality from the new England Vice Captain. This should be helpful in getting picks in on time when I'm incapacitated, or stuck in Yorkshire.

    Onwards and upwards.

This thread moves faster than Quagmire at Hooters.

Ten pages since my icebreaker triple-post (from bed, at 4am...it's now 2 in the afternoon...) :huh

Are you all tethered by the wrists to your keyboards and fueled by a steady regimen of eightballs?
