Liverpool could definitely struggle this year. I think 7th could be about right with a new manager there it could take a while for them to get going.

Everton will be fine though, they have Jermaine Beckford to bang the goals in :yep

We had Torres and Gerrard out for major parts of last season. Dressing room was downhearted with the constant pressure over Rafa. Poor season last year, but finished runners up the year before with mostly the same outfit (Alonso being the only, notable, difference).

Add Cole to the mix. A fit Gerrard and Nando getting back to fitness and I think we'll finish at worst fifth. At best, third.

Title is Chelsea's to lose in my opinion.

Everton will have the same problem they've always had, lack of depth in the squad and a first team that hosts a number of good players but a lack of match winners.

Not looking good for you lot with The Dildo Twins at the helm mate, but take heart from the fact that outside the top 7/8, there is a hell of a lot of dross in this league.

with Man u away and chelsea at home next, thats four league games without a win. Stoke and Spurs after that, so that might be 6 without a win :|

But if we go down, millwall next year :happy:happy:happy

We could easily get through to November, possibly even December, without winning a game. I hate to say it, but we're definitely worth a punt on relegation betting. Our games up until December:

    Man City (H)
    Wigan (A)
    Arsenal (H)
    Liverpool (A)
    Man United (H)
    Blackburn (A)
    Aston Villa (H)
    Vermin (A)
    Stoke (H)
    Tottenham (A)
    Chelsea (A)
    Everton (H)
    Wolves (A)

Not exactly feeling too optomistic. :verysad

Makes a change, they usually batter ya

If we go down at least the tickets will be cheaper. 50 quid to watch them away to chelsea last year only to get beat 4-1. Still a good day out though, even if I did spend almost a ton.

It was the most gutless Millwall display I've seen. Normally they just beat us through work rate and bully us out of the game. On Saturday they just sat back and let us destroy them :good

Ouch! Most of your winnable games (ie teams that should finish around you) are all away from home! Selling Kewyne Jones wasnt too smart, Bent seemed to enjoy playing with the bigger man last year. Seemed a strange transfer to me.

I might actaully have a punt on you lot to go down looking at that fixture list.

    18th Sunderland
    19th West Ham :|:|
    20th Blackpool
