For obvious reasons, and those who don't understand those reasons should perhaps follow another sport.

these results mean little just proves too many posters dont know what they are about.... how in hell for instance do you rate Fighting Harada at Bantamweight ? the guy was clearly not in the class of Lionel Rose, Rose PROVED this by beating him up... it's just INSANE, maybe he can be rated in Fly Division but no way as a Bantam, this is why resume is not the be all and end all, if a guy beats a guy twice in two fights, HE IS A BETTER FIGHTER END OF STORY. Now another example... the Welterweights... no Tommy Ryan ?.. clearly a top 10 man, to have a guy like Rodriguez ahead of him proves too many here have no clue..... Featherweights... no Young Griffo ??? ROFL this guy a clear TOP 5 feather.... no point me going on, I shall just ignore these lists.

Not really ,Lou Houseman had instigated the fledgling division as a vehicle for his fighter Jack Root,in his previous three fights.Gardner had beaten Root, Hart and Maher.
Gardner fought Fitz for the 170lbs lhvy title and Fitz beat him.You have to start somewhere.

Of course Harada should be rated at Bantam he beat the
man many , including myself consider the greatest bantam ever Eder Jofre ,and he did it twice, he also defended against Rudkin,Caraballo, and Medel , the man was the WBA and WBC champion for 3 years!

Rodriguez is commonly accepted as almost the equal of Griffith
there was never more than a gnat's c*ck between them.
    Rodriguez has wins over:
    Griffith
    Paret
    Cokes
    Manning
    Wright
    Gonsalves
    Gonzalez
    McClure
    Thompson
    Miceli
    Moyer
    Brennan
    Giambra
    Morgan
    Logart
    Vejar
    Akins
    Bahama
That compares pretty favourably with most 147 pounders ,imo. What are Griffo's best wins at Feather ,IYO?
