ESB consensus on Calz-BHop??

    From my recollection, I would guage that over 80% of ESB thought Calzaghe beat Hopkins......a few had it close, but I believe the prevailing score the day after the fight was 8-4 Calzaghe.

    Funny but I'd bet that if you would to put up a poll now, there would be alot more claiming that Hopkins beat Calzaghe, when back then, the fight fresh in everybodies mind, they did'nt have the audacity or the guts to claim that Hopkins won, when clearly he was outworked by JC!:yep

    There was this theory that the woolly term "ring generalship" meant you could win a fight without actually landing punches....;O)
