ESB Discussion: Select A Committee to Change The Boxing Landscape for the Better!

We all know boxing's not in the best state, a sport lacking in so many area's from poor officiating to fighters use of PED's going unnoticed for far to long.

We've had so many discussions over the years and the general consensus is to have one commission to oversee the sport on such aspects. Suppose like Uefa and Fifa without idiots heading it...

My question to you, if you was handed the role of appointing a 4 man team who would you select to be part of the committee? and why?. Would you opt for ex fighters, trainers or pundits?. What would be there roles within the committee.

Then list your agenda(s)!.
