    I take my tunnels out and I've never had any issues really... for competitions I tape them up Sakuraba style :lol:

    I wear contact lenses too when I roll. I'm not sure how guys do it with glasses on :think It always catches me by surprise when I see someone wearing glasses while rolling.

    Anyway... I turned up to train tonight and who was there?! Leo Vieira!!! Great guy!

    Also my coach Chico Mendes won the London and European opens at the weekend in his weight class and got a silver in the Euro's open weight!!!

    did everyone see roger nearly get tapped at the metamoris pro last week??
    buchecha is a ****ing beast but credit to roger for staying with him when he probably hasnt been training in the gi much
