    Thanks, Guru.

I've been posting more in the Classics section, though, so that might DQ from consideration in General. And, with school starting, that's eaten into a lot of posting time.

But, I'd certainly be willing to contribute to the ratings process...:D

In return, I'll nominate you, officially (if you're not already in), and King Dan, as well.

    Too Pretty

Sidenote: I'd like to point out that many American posters have nominated international posters in this. I did in my first nominations.
Perhaps one day?? Some of the international posters slinging anti-american BS, might look at this and reflect a little:yep

Jesus! That is really shocking. You could make a case for him being the strongest all rounder at ESB.

    Gee, guess who???

    :rofl

My point is and was that the anit-american bias that exists and pops up from time to time is BULL****!! The fact that American posters havent let that reflect in their nominations??

Should tell you something!!!! "and I mean YOU"Soulja Boy style:lol:

BTW, I deliberately made sure to include at least one international nominee becuase I believe our rankings should accurately reflect THE BOARD and not be one sided in any way:good

Despite the BS thrown at us by "some"?? Seems that we arent holding any grudges!! Too bad some will never understand or learn:hey

I think its because each forum thought he would be voted on by the other forum. Has to be....only explanation.

Balance my friend, his extremity balances other forms.

Seconded. Same with a few others.

Still, with a committee of 24, a nuthugger or two should get evened out by the others, and if a person feels he doesn't know the entire sport well enough, then he can decline.

I thought of him, but assumed he would be voted on by Classic Forum.

I think that's why guys like Sam Dixon, or Tony, or a few others didn;t get nominated in Classics, and why someone like Ring Master (who doesn't post that often these days), didn't get the nod in General.

Lol, nice try. Extremes balance extremes....I don't see any extreme members of the committee just yet.

However, he certainly KNOWS boxing, he would simply need to produce more info about other boxers and not compare them to Calzaghe all the time :deal

Well, I guess I got nominated now, so it's all good. Thanks, though, for the kind words from all who mentioned me.

His input at heavy and from 154 down will be worth a look, for sure.

His input at all other weights will be horribly distorted by his Calzaghe bias. It informs his opinions about the past and American fighters, God only knows what hideous affect it will have on his actual 160-175 rankings.
