Bute should spar with Bika for Pascal.

Bute has faced Bika, Andrade, Miranda, Zuniga. They are all rough. Pascal is not as rough as any of the previous fellows. I don't get your point.

 

Pascal is better than any of those.

I think he is rated highly based on his punching power and skill set. However, I agree to an extent that he needs to defeat more notable competition before we enshrine him in the HOF.

Miranda - smacked around by Pavlik, Abraham and Ward before Bute faced him.

That's on a par with Carl Froch feasting on the leftovers of Robin Reid

Bika has lost to every decent fighter he faced, and Andrade was annihilated by Kessler - it was a complete Lacy'ing.

I'm not hating on Bute at all, in fact I rate him highly...... but some of his fans are a little OTT in their praise of him.

Pascal would be the best fighter Bute has faced, due to him not being in the S6...... the reverse isn't true. Pascal is 1-1 against better/more proven fighters than Bute.

 

Of course. Pascal would be an excellent fighter to start with.

 

Miranda and Zuniga are rough but slow as ****. Bika and Berrio were able to rough Bute up a little until he adjusted but you can tell he was uncomfortable. Same thing when Andrade got to him.

People act as if Pascal is a slouch and Dawson gave him the fight. Pascal's speed is what put Dawson out of his game. I love Bute but he's not faster then Dawson, his defense is not as good... Pascal would be able to use is speed to get to Bute and make this a fight. I don't believe that Bute can win a fight vs Pascal.

 

Bute should kill him. As soon as Pascal slows down by the 7th or 8th round, he should just pressure him until he wilts.

 

8 to 4 is kinda fairly easy to me.

 

Sure he can't beat Froch, he struggle a bit with a lazy Dawson but he beat Bute 8-4.....

You're only as good as your last fight, this is why Pascal is now the best in the world. Pascal is keep getting better and better like a fine wine but the hype is getting ridiculous, like many many others fighters here on ESB.
