Sandro was close with the arm triangle, but Khasbulaev outworked him and almost got a straight armbar of his own. Great fight so far.

20-18 Khasbulaev

 

Awww man, cheap punch off the glove tough from Khasbulaev. Just as he was earning a fan in me.

 

Sandro looked defeated coming into the third, and Khasbulaev took it to him with GnP to get the finish. Really impressive performance from him. Might be the end of the road for Marlon Sandro, sadly.

Sandro has been on the slide for ages. Curran kicking him in the head was the final straw IMO, never looked anywhere near his best since.
