Below is the current East Side Boxing top 15 at Light Welterweight. Where would you rank Zab Judah after fridays win over Santa Cruz, and are there any other changes you would make. I think its safe to say he is not in the top 4 or the below 14 so have not added those options. Please remember the ranking is based on achievement, not on whether you think he would beat a certain fighter.

i would say 10-11 personally. none of the guys below there have done anything at world level and I would say Santa Cruz is a better win than they can boast.

    Why is Mabuza so high?

He beat a shot Holt, so what?

Anyone in the top 15 beats him easily

went for 11 as i think he has achieved more at lww than the current 11-15 in that list.

in his previous fight Holt knocked down the current number 1 twice and list a close UD. He was ranked top 5 when Mabuza stopped him.

I voted 6. He is obviously behind Khan, Brad and Devon as well
as Ortiz and Maidana. Once Kotelnik loses to Devon he will move down the rankings so I put Zab at 6th. But I wouldn't overly argue if he was ranked as low as 8th behind Peterson and Urango.

After Malignaggi, IMO. He's had one fight at the weight in the last five years, and it was against a semi-shot lightweight.

I'm not sure exactly where I rank Judah, but I consider him dangerous for anyone. He showed us that he still has pop and some of the speed that once made him famous. I'll watch his fights until the day he retires. Very exciting guy.

Mabuza and Peterson would be below Urango and Malignaggi for me. Peterson really hasn't beaten anyone. I would then slot Judah between Malignaggi and Mabuza at 9.
