    Here's your chance ESB, I don't think there is really a shortage of questions to be asked of Morrison...


    On The Grind Radio is LIVE Thursday January 22nd at 8pm est/5pm pst (1am Friday in the UK) and it's going to be another groundbreaking episode. As we draw closer to the $5.99 gofightlive.tv PPV show Ultimate Explosion "The Last Stand," On The Grind Radio welcomes the heavyweight making his return to the ring... Tommy "The Duke" Morrison. Former WBO World HW Champ Tommy is going to tell the OTG Radio listeners why he can still be a threat in the division in this day and age, and update his fans on what he's been up to while he's been away. The OTG Radio Team of Tim and Suge (Iceman John Scully is back on Sunday) will also be previewing the Margorito-Mosley bout scheduled for this weekend, as they continue to revolutionize boxing radio with the analysis, commentary, news, and predictions that have become a staple of OnTheGrind Boxing Radio.     Hard to say...he had talent, power, charisma. It's like with any other returning HW...what does he have left...???

    The fact that only 2 people on this board, me being 1 of them replied to this thread, tells you that nobody gives a damn about a 40yr old washed up, HIV POSITIVE, guy that was so-so in his prime a very long 16 years ago...
    Nobody worth a damn is gonna risk their health fighting a guy that looks 60 years old..

    I like Morrison, while 66 is right, he was a so-so fighter in a great era, I do believe today, if in his prime, he would at least pick up a title and hold for a year or two. Morrison at least had homerun like hook, which he used to lay Ruddick out in dramatic fashion, a fight he was floored and losing up until that point.

    I will call in, It's been awhile since I was last on the show, and I would like to ask Tommy a question or two.

    Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but the show isn't even on yet...and by the time it is, most of the people on the board will have read it.

    This isn't really an appeal for posting as much as it is a post informing ESB what's going on.

    I will listen, too, Suge. I will try to call in, as well.

    Not expecting Morrison to get anywhere, but if he's HIV free, and wants to fight, more power to him.

    Also, I wish to discuss the ongoing saga of Manny Pac-Hatton, give some final thoughts on Sugar Shane and Margarito, and talk about Tommy's chances in the HW division these days.

    hmmmmm 6 bucks tommy morrison vs stiff.......50 pac vs mayweather jr...hmmmmm...how much does the duke think people are willing to pay to watch him fight???

    At least Morrison was exciting. If not the best fighter, he had a warriors heart. Came back from more than a few fights losing to knock the other guy the **** out.

    Lost to some ATG's, and people completely disregard him...
