    Ugh.

    I get that he's rebuilding his confidence after the knockout loss to Alvarado, but two fights removed from that Petalcorin is taking on Reymark Pimentel "Machine Gun" Taday, whose record is a negative one at 9-10-1 (4), and riding a 5 loss skid. Just seems an excessively low-hanging piece of fruit for him to pick.

    I wouldn't rule it out, man, not many countries have the kind of passion for boxing seen in the Philippines. Off the cuff, I'd say maybe the UK, Mexico, Japan...and, yeah, that would be about it.

    There's plenty of gyms and plenty of hungry kids in the pipeline, surely there's another mega talented needle somewhere in that haystack, just waiting to be polished to a diamond (if you'll pardon the mixing of metaphors) :thumbsup:

    But yeah, if that's how things stands for the rest of my life, I'm pretty much in awe of that modern Pinoy boxing Mt. Rushmore already (Pac, Donaire, Nietes and Peñalosa, to stand alongside Villa, Garcia, Dado and Elorde in the "classics" Mt. Rushmore)

    Ancajas new opponent Miguel Gonzales the one that fought Andrew Maloney and loss. Based on the footage Ancajas should beat this kid bad possibly in brutal fashion. But you never know.
