Granted Raquinel was the cleaner puncher throughout but i thought he was a bit passive at times and the judges would've favored the local fighter's aggression

Melvin Jerusalem will face Siyakholwa Kuse in October in the Philippines. Melvin was supposed to face Valladares, but it couldn't materialize due to visa issues. I don't know this Kuse fella. He is from South Africa and the domestic circuit there is usually pretty tough. I reckon he should be capable enough.
