if he was then there is no way he would of set him up to go against struve, i couldnt think of an easier fight for him at the moment, dana is helping build another name in the hw division

 

Struve is not the easiest matchup for Hunt. Pure strikers are the easiest matches for Hunt. Struve's submission game is much better than his striking game, and if he chooses to use it, he will win.

 

Of course but he's catchable. Both men are being put in with the kinda' man that could do a job on 'em, that's what I want to see.

As much of a Mark Hunt fanboy as I am, I'm under no delusions that Dana/Silva will give him easy fights so he can get a title fight to please the Pride fanboys

 

Dana commended Hunt for wanting to fight when they offered to pay him to sit out his contract. I think he likes him, even if he's bitter enough to think '**** if he has a good run that's another UFC heavyweight in the top ten that Fedor beat' ;-)

 

All I can really see is Struve pulling of a triangle in this one if Hunt is sill enough to take him down

I'm actually a fan of Struve. Big lanky string of **** who loves a ruck despite his weaknesses. However I want Hunt to win mainly for the Pride days and all the naysayers that try to use his record as an example of how he was ****, Pride fighters were **** etc

 

It was part of Hunts gameplan, take out CC legs by blocking his highkicks with his granite head
