his resume is top 10 for sure, especially if you discount that loss to Margarito for obvious reasons. But imo Cotto is a spent force (even his facial expression looks worn and pitiful these days...not thesame ferocious Cotto look) and will likely lose to most elite fighters. Because of this down swing, i would rate him outside of the top 10, perhaps even behind a guy like Tomasz Adamek who has conquered 2 divisions and is on an upswing at HW. BTW rating Adamek at 20 (behind guys like Cabalero or Bute) at this point is lunacy.

  5. I like Cotto going up but Yuri is not even voted in top 33. Lets not get too excited here.

Cotto's coming off a very solid performance against a very solid, but not spectacular fighter. I'd need to see a bigger win to move him into the upper echelon of the p4p rankings. So I'd say 11 is about right.

    wheres Martinez

although he got a draw against Cintron, and a loss against Williams, both those results were dodgey decisions.

and he moved up and beat the main man at 160.

Around 7 or so. Also having Dawson at 3 is a complete joke. Somebody tell me why he's the #3 fighter in the world.

    And Adamek at 20? Really?

Adameks resume: Briggs x2, Bell, Cunningham, old Golota, Arreola, Banks. Belts in 2 divisions.

Dawson's resume: Adamek(Weight drained), Harding, old Tarver x2, old Johnson x2. Belts in one division.

Wow the voters are strange here. Also Martinez in the top 10 with one good win?

Would you rank Haye abvoe or below Adameck?

He's a good fighter coming of a career best win, but his recent form is 1-1-1, and Kelly Pavlik isn't exactly Sugar Ray Robison.

But whatever, swap him for Williams, I'm not particularly enamoured with either of them. As of yet.
