Yes, Green isn't in the same league with the rest of the S6ers but you must analyse the way in which Ward beat him. If he beat him convincely than you have to give him some credit for the victory. What if he would won a SD against Green? It's not Ward's fault that his opponent was Green.
I say the same things when taking Bute's part and there's no need now to be biased and not to do the same.
My top ain't just about who beat who. It matters a lot the way a boxer got his victory.

I do give Ward credit for his victory, I was then commenting on where Green should be ranked, as asked in the OP.
