    Floyd has been eligible to fight for the title since he returned.

    he can win the title by;

    beating Pacquiao
    becoming the number 1 ranked fighter and beating two more top 10 guys.

    Floyd will probs be ranked number 1 at WW if he beats Shane tomorrow. If Pacquiao stays number 1 he can win the title by beating any eligible opponent.
