That was the biggest KO since Tyson-Douglas. My vote goes to Juan Manuel Marquez, savior of Mexican boxing pride.

If Ward fought one other fighter reguarless of who it was he would of got fighter of the year easily. But because he only fought once, even though it was the best win, he probably won't get the award

I don't even think it was the best win. Maybe if the fight occurred at 175, but Dawson was clearly drained at 168.

    Marquez.

Him KOing Pacquiao in such a brutal fashion easily tops anything anyone has done this year by a longshot.

    Poll is tightening up.

Garcia & Donaire going head to head.

    This list is pretty solid.

The ONLY thing holding Marquez back was just that he fought one relevant fight this year. If he gets it though its not a bad call really

I'm surprised so many are picking Garcia.

Khan was a very good win but I'd put a fair few wins ahead of it. Froch's win over Bute for one. Donaire over Nish, Martinez over JCC jr, Ward beating Dawson, Marquez over Pac. Khan is a very good fighter but is obviously flawed in many ways.

Shot to **** Morales twice doesn't really mean much at all.

Really not seeing Garcia as fighter of the year. Especially as I see Khan beating him if they have a rematch.

    Very odd choice imo.
