Like last years "Best and Worst" I'll try to make a toplist of the high profile fights of the year.

Purpose is to make a Top 3 rating list.
Just fill in your vote on any or all subjects. And because the year isn't over, you forgot about a fight or just chaged your mind, chances are possible until the start of the new year.
If you do, please change your post, and make a new post with the number of the original post in it (#n).

Also, if you have another subject for the best and worst (maybe referees, decisions etc) please post them, and if there are enough votes for it they will be added to the official list.

    ■■■■■ = number of votes.
    (nn%) = percentage of votes.

edit: With recent events in mind I put up a new section (Best/Worst decision), wich can mean anything... best/worst stoppage, fightscore, careermove etc. etc.

I am not going to go on & on about all the other fights/stuff....but fight of the year and round of the year should be ORTIZ VS BERTO. THAT WAS A GREAT FIGHT. And it was two fighters that all fight fans know and have been knowing about for quite some time. It was on HBO for all to see (not some obscure network or website in some foreign language)...and round 6 was UN-****ING-BELIEVABLE!!!

    ORTIZ VS BERTO!!!

I can understand that. But to me Kirkland/Angulo R1 gets the nod mostly because Berto dominated most of the round right until the last second where he got floored, where Angulo dominated the first 2 minutes until he gassed and was floored.

    Both deserve it though.

I understand the hate for Haye, but there's NOWAY Haye/Klitschko was worse than Pacquiao/Mosley. That **** was just disgusting to watch. Tapping hands all the time instead of fighting.

Haye and Mosley landed almost the same number of punches per round (with Mosley throwing more punches), so in terms of performance, they are both even. However, the difference would be in the performance of W. Klitschko vs. Pacquiao. Pac was more active than Klitschko, landing 224/727 punches vs. Wlad's 134/ 509 punches. So while both fights were boring, Pac at least tried to make his fight vs. Mosley exciting.

He's a brawler that beats his opponents in dominant fashion (blocking some punches with his face when necessary)... And there's no boxer really clearly above the rest at this moment.
The S6 winner might take his place eventually, but we haven't seen that fight yet.

Make your picks and have your influence on the votes :good
